  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Items on sale are considered as final sale.

  • Any opened item or products brought in error will not be accepted for return.

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as produce, dairy , food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Due to Covid, we are not accepting any return from online orders at this time.

Produce and Fresh Vegetables Fresh Produce, dairy, plants, cosmetics, and Herbal items will not be accepted for return or refund.

Cookware such as pots, pans, pressure cookers, and etc. are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. All cookware is to be inspected by the customer before the sale of the item. If a defect is found we strongly suggest you contact the manufacturer of the product before bringing it back to the store you purchased it from.

Clearance and Close Date Reduced items are final sales.

Hot Prepared Food and Indian Sweets are final sales, but we do understand there may be circumstances where you are not completely satisfied, so please give us a call within 24 hours after order pick up and we will gladly rectify the situation.

Cancellation for Restaurant Orders must be made 24 hours in advance for any catering orders, and any tray orders. Cancellation for all other online pickup orders must be made 1 hour prior to pick-up time. All other products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date with the original receipt and original packaging. Items will not be accepted without original packaging.
